Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Request to submit Forms pending for Resubmission/User clarification – Regarding.

1. The Companies Act, 2013 is being rolled out very soon. In order to ensure smooth roll out, facility of resubmission/PUCL is being stopped w.e.f.17/03/2014 for fresh documents/forms. Further, it is required to close existing RSUB/PUCL cases on an emergent basis as the old forms will cease to exist. In view of the same please note that the existing forms require final closure/treatment by 25/03/2014.

2. It is observed that the e-form filed by your company is pending for resubmission or User clarification as on today. You are, therefore, requested to file relevant form before its due date of filing or 25th March 2014 whichever is earlier, failing which the form shall not be taken into record by this Office. In this regard, in case an earlier mail generated by system has indicated a later date, the same shall be considered as amended/revised through this notice.
